After three years of activity under various banners, including the most recent ‘Neptunian Maximalism & its Supernova Arkestra’, the free/psychedelic/doom/drone combo is back to its basics: free improvisation!
Guillaume Cazalet and Jean Jacques Duerinckx, the backbone of this polymorphous project, will launch an exclusive creation in April, initiated by Le Botanique.
Proving once again their capacity to play with the labels in which one would be tempted to place them, the duo will surround themselves with some of the most important figures of the current scene for a psychedelic adventure fusing free music and Indian sounds (Hindustani and Indonesian – gamelan), further exacerbating the trademark of this multi-faceted entity: to plunge the listener into a mystical trance with no return.
The creation will be revealed to the public at Roots & Roses in Lessines on 1 May and at Les Nuits Botanique on 7 May.
